Starting off small:  we could provide just 3 to 4 handsets and incoming line with a central control (mini switchboard), programmed to your business requirements.

 

Multi site networking: InTouch Systems provides networking for voice communications.  Recently we provided a system at a customer’s Dereham and Bury offices.  The systems are linked via the Internet for ‘desk to desk’ dialling.  A member of staff lifts a desk handset in Dereham, dials an extn. in Bury and the call is made via the Internet. Enabling staff to operate from home as if they were in the office.

 

Remote workers: your staff could have a handset in their home connected via the Internet, enabling them to work as if in the office.  Many of our customers use this facility for their sales staff.

Computer Telephony Integration (C.T.I.): this facility links a desktop PC to a telephone manager system.  A member of staff takes a call via their PC, and immediately information from customer database pops up in a window on screen in front of them, dramatically improving customer service.  The same system can integrate with various office functions such as MS Outlook, enabling a contact in an e-mail list to be called directly by clicking on a PC screen icon.
