InTouch Systems’ engineering services support is provided via a response call out contract providing our own engineers as and when required.  We also provide off site backup management services. 

InTouch Systems provide a wide range of I.T. solutions for Anglia Farmers Limited, from maintaining their interactive database facilities through to provision, installation and support for all hardware, software and other I.T. related requirements.

InTouch telephony specialists installed and maintain Anglia Farmer’s Siemens HiPath business telephone system, ensuring high quality and high speed voice and data communications.

InTouch Systems installed interactive whiteboards and networked PCs in 2 dedicated I.T. suites for staff and pupils.  InTouch Systems also works alongside school ICT staff on network security issues, and are managing Framingham Earl High School’s I.T. development project for the new financial year.

At other times under the same contract Sprowston Infant School staff can contact InTouch Systems support team for assistance and advice.  

After carrying out an I.T. infrastructure audit of need InTouch Systems installed a new server and networked PCs in a dedicated I.T. suite for staff and pupils.  A further 8 new PCs were added in the spring term by InTouch Systems.
