Although we provide support to all our customers for products purchased from us via our local telephone service (no premium rate charges), or face to face in our Norwich shop, many organisations choose to opt for our flexible engineering services. |

CRB checked, fully trained, dedicated InTouch engineers: provide the service for all on site contracts. We always endeavour to provide you with the same engineer to ensure continuity of service. |

| Flexible service contracts: could be one half day a week, or one half day per fortnight. The engineer would attend your business premises, using his I.T. expertise, trouble shooting skills, offering guidance and advice for future needs, as directed by you the customer!
